A notice for potential water interruption/outages that could affect your area – Spirit Lake East. Kootenai Electric has been working throughout the Spirit Lake East development. The potential for water interruptions is much higher when there are multiple dig sites throughout the area. At one time or another you may lose water pressure during this process. Kootenai Electric is doing its best to work with Gem State Water to minimize the loss of water to its customers during this time, but it is likely that from time to time you may be affected. Know that we are instantly made aware of any water line issues, and we will do our best to get them handled in the timeliest manner. Due to the high call volume, we receive during outages or low water pressure moments, it may not be possible to return all calls regarding the outage. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
