Our office has been alerted to a system wide power outage that is affecting everyone north of Garwood. Unfortunately this affects all of our Gem State water systems. Spirit Lake East and Bar Circle S have generators that have kicked on. The Bitterroot generator is still being repaired as we have been waiting on backordered parts to arrive since it suffered damage in the last wind storm. Our technician is getting a rental generator now. Customers of Diamond Bar, Lynnwood, and Happy Valley will not have water until power is restored. We will provide updates as soon as we know anything as far as restoration times. Due to the high call volume we receive during outages, it may not be possible to return all calls regarding the outage. We appreciate your patience during this time.
