To prevent a lapse in service, new customer applications must be on file within two weeks of change in residency. Please refer to the governing Tariff for rates and termination of non-payment schedules. Account holders (renters or owners, as applicable) that fail to maintain an account in good standing at the time of departure will have their accounts turned over to a collections company of our choosing. Account holders are responsible for keeping the area around the meter box clear (six feet by six feet) and maintaining a passing annual backflow test on file for properties that have automatic sprinkler/animal watering system(s). Contact information will not be shared with external parties or used for non-account information correspondence.
