To prevent a lapse in service, new customer applications must be on file within two weeks of change in residency. Please refer to the governing Tariff for rates and termination of non-payment schedules. Account holders (renters or owners, as applicable) that fail to maintain an account in good standing at the time of departure will have their accounts turned over to a collections company of our choosing.
