BOIL WATER NOTICE LIFTED
For Customers of the Gem State – Happy Valley Water System
Effective immediately, the boil water advisory notice has been lifted. Multiple laboratory tests have confirmed that water is safe to drink in all areas of the Happy Valley Water System served by Gem State Water.
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we worked to restore water pressure and ensure system safety. The Advisory was issued as a precautionary action and could only be lifted with the approval of the Idaho Department of Environmental Quality. All appropriate water testing has been completed. The Idaho Department of Environmental Quality has authorized us to lift the advisory.
Please share this information with all the other people who drink this water, especially those who may not have received this notice directly.
