Dear Gem State Customers of Lynnwood & Happy Valley-
Starting tomorrow Wednesday, May 10th Gem State Water will start installing new Radio Read Meters for all homes located within the Lynwood and Happy Valley water systems. A field technician will attempt to notify you at the time of the meter swap via phone or by knocking on your door. Each meter install will require your service to only be down for approximately 10-20 minutes. Although this is not a system wide depressurization event and will not affect your water, you may experience some air in your lines and can easily clear them by running your faucets.
