A notice for potential water interruption/outage that could affect your area – Bitterroot Rickel. Crews have been on site attempting to reach the pipe that was broken earlier this afternoon. Due to a complicated bury involving other utilities including a high voltage power, a vac truck has been ordered and repairs are estimated to be completed by 10 p.m. We realize this has been an inconvenience on our customers and we apologize for the interruption. Due to the high call volume we receive during outages, it may not be possible to return all calls regarding the outage. You can always find updates on our web site and remember to take a moment to update your contact information byt calling, emailing, or signing up through our web portal, so that you can receive real time updates via phone, text, email, and rss. We appreciate your patience and apologize for the inconvenience.
You will be receiving a notice regarding the depressurization to follow, and we will notify you as soon as sample results are available.
