Gem State has over 20 years of experience with water and wastewater systems management and we are looking forward to getting to know you! The goal of Gem State is to ensure a seamless transition. Please note, the online customer portal will not currently work for Pelican Point Customers.
The new customer service phone number is 1-877-755-9287 – this number will be your only source for questions regarding billing and other customer service inquiries.
Our office is open Monday thru Thursday 9:15 am – 3:15 pm.

At this time we can only offer Checks or Bill Pay through your bank for methods of payment. We are working on getting electronic options available in the future.
